This is the Advisory and Thought Leadership vehicle of Andrew Bowley, drawing on a financial services career that has spanned 39 years.Andrew is an experienced Banking Executive and Non-Executive Director with many years’ Investment Banking experience, 16 years as Managing Director, and 6 leading Sustainability.Andrew’s executive career covered wide experiences of market development including leading business development and operations functions, and implementing key new initiatives.He is able to navigate complex organisations, and simultaneously understand the broad picture whilst being able to grasp the details, taking pride in understanding how organisations work and how they can develop.After a Markets based career spanning Equities and Fixed Income asset classes and focussing on business and product development, Andrew took on executive leadership roles with a focus on Governance before pivoting to Sustainability, creating and leading Sustainability capabilities for two global Investment Banks.At the heart of this entity is Impact. Impact can mean a variety of things, and all resonate. We work to make an impact, period. That can be in core finance, drawing on these years of Markets and Banking work, or environmental and social impact. It should be both, and that is our identity and purpose.
